Step 01 - Go to SMS Settings

1. Log in to your Admin Panel
2. Navigate to 👉 Admin Panel → Control Panel → SMS → SMS Configuration

Step 02 - Select SMS Provider

• Twilio
• Infobip
• Plivo
• Vonage
• Manual SMS Gateway

Step 03 - Enter Provider Credentials

Depending on the provider you select, you will need to enter credentials such as:

• API Key / Auth ID
• Auth Token / Secret
• Sender Number or From Name

👉 If you use Manual SMS, enter your custom API URL and parameters to connect with your local SMS provider.

Step 04 - Save & Test SMS

• Click Save after entering your details.

⚠️ Note: Since providers may have different credential formats, we are not describing each in detail here. Please follow your chosen provider’s official documentation if you need specific credential setup.

Step 05 - Setup SMS Templates

• Go to Admin Panel → Control Panel → SMS → SMS Templates.
• You will find predefined templates (e.g., OTP Verification, Payment Confirmation, Registration, etc.).
• You can:
  • Edit text content of each SMS.
  • Use variables (e.g., [[user_name]], [[otp_code]], [[amount]]) for dynamic values
  • Enable/Disable specific templates.

👉 Example:
Template: Hello [[user_name]], your OTP code is [[otp_code]].

⚠️ Note: At least one SMS provider must be configured for OTP and SMS notifications to work. Templates must also be customized before sending real SMS to users.
